Large, meaty, flavorful . Better than the Kalamata olives you will find at other delis and specialty markets in New York, even the most famous ones. And the quality at Titan has been consistent over the years (decades, actually). Be aware, however, that they don't last forever. After 3 - 4 weeks in the fridge they start losing their firmness and become soft while, at the same time, their skin becomes tougher. So consume promptly and re-order.
