Description
This delicate roe of carp is naturally cured and aged for over one year to become the tarama. To make the caviar spread (taramosalata) blend the tarama with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, chopped onions and potato or bread. Sprinkle olive oil before serving with pita or rusks.
