Helios Egg Noodles with milk is a square-cut dairy pasta really popular in Greece as it is used as a side in traditional meals. To cook add salt and butter to boiling water or milk. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook for 9-10’ minutes, drain pasta and serve with Arahova feta cheese.
