For decades, Laikon coffee has become synonymous with Cypriot coffee. Its strong, distinctive rich aroma and taste leads to a satisfying cup of coffee that may become habit forming.
1. Use a demi-tasse cup and measure one cup of cold water into the briki for each cup desired.
2). Add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar for each cup and stir.
3). Bring to boil over a medium flame.
4). Pour off half of the coffee into demi-tasse cups.
5). Boil remaining coffee again over low flame and complete filling the cups.
