All items are shipped from our store in Astoria, New York. We strive to ship orders within 1 day after they are placed, but in some instances, orders may require 2 business days to ship. If more than 2 business days are required to ship, you will be notified by email. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances beyond our control. Depending on your location, the process and transit times for each level of shipping are as follows:
For standard shipping, orders placed by Friday at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship that day. Orders shipping via standard shipping will arrive within 3- 7 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by Friday at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship that day. Orders shipping via expedited shipping will arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the day of the week you place your order.
For overnight shipping, orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST (except Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will ship that day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
If your order needs to arrive the next day and it's Friday, you can, for an additional $15 and subject to availability in your area, choose Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday by 4:00 p.m. EST. Since this is a special service, please contact us at 718-626-7771 and we will help you place your order.
Two of our carriers (FedEx and UPS) require a signature for delivery to an apartment and someone must be present to accept the delivery with a signature unless otherwise requested.
We only ship non-perishable items to P.O. Boxes
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
Service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. All sales are final on shipments made outside the continental US. Transit time is dependent on location. The following are approximate transit times:
Standard shipping: 6-12 business days
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days
Overnight shipping: 1-2 business days
All perishables must be shipped via overnight shipping.
We ship our products everywhere throughout the world, subject to customs and other local regulations. Customers are responsible for duties and other taxes levied by their local governments. Titan Foods is not responsible for lost, stolen, seized or damaged packages. All sales are final on shipments made outside the continental US. Perishable items, when allowed by local customs regulations, must be shipped via overnight shipping. In the event that an item is restricted or prohibited by local law, the item will be left out of your order and the value of that item will be refunded.

Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery, 2nd day or Saturday delivery unless specifically denoted. Valid only to US and military mail addresses. Titan Foods takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of damaged, opened or perishable items. In addition, we do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the continental US. Furthermore, we do not accept returned items that were purchased in our store, nor will our store accept returned items purchased from our website. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at (718) 626-7771 so we may make arrangements for the item(s) to be returned to us. Wrap the package well and remember to insure the package to its full value if you are returning all or part of the order using your own courier. Titan Foods is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We cannot send a replacement or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in our inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Unlike other companies, you will not be subject to a restock fee.
If an error was made during the order fulfillment process, please return the incorrect item(s) to us free of charge. Please call us at 718-626-7771 so we may send you a return label. We can schedule a FedEx pickup at your location or you may drop the package off at any FedEx or FedEx Kinko's location. Please wrap the package well for its return to us. Unlike other companies, you will not be subject to a restock fee.
