- Vacuum packed
- Using the recommended traditional small brass coffee pot,"Briki", measure one cup of water for every one cup of Demi-Tasse coffee desired.
- Heat until lukewarm.
- Add one heaping teaspoon of Venizelos Coffee per cup with sugar as desired
- Bring to boil over low flame until foam is formed.
- Pour off coffee into Demi-Tasse cups, dividing foam evenly among cups.
- Store in a cool and dry place
- Let the grinds settle before drinking
